Processing Times
The majority of our items are custom-made to order which requires 7-10 days of processing to create, sand, fire, polish, seal, string, and package the order. On occasion, we may have extra stock on hand that can be shipped within 2 business days.
Shipping
We use USPS First Class, USPS Priority, and USPS Priority Mail Express.
